SHIPPING POLICY

Please keep in mind shipping times may be extended due to COVID19

 Shipping timeframe is currently 3-10 days depending on the postal service . We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button. 2 minutes later like where's my order?? We are excited as you are to see you slay the goodies you just bought. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 Please note, Closettcouture is not responsible for any delays caused by Canada post or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Victoria Day, July 1st, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your Closettcouture order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered.
1. File Claim with Canada post 
2. File police report
3. Wait for Canada post  investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.

Closettcouture IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
