Returns

Our policy lasts 30days.If 30days have gone by since your purchase  unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be Eligible :

•Items must be returned within 28days of receiving your order.

•Items must be unworn, unwashed and  free from tanning or make-up stains .

•items must have all tags attached.

•Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain  your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Closettcouture.

Did you receive the incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
